Our Policy
General
- ♦ Once the client confirmed the order, a 50% or a maximum of $500(Cdn) deposit is required
- ♦ A set number of site revisions will be included in the estimate, any revision beyond this will be charged at a standard fee
- ♦ Customer is responsible for hosting & domain name registration beyond the included terms in quotation
- ♦ Delinquent payments on websites beyond 30 days will be temporarily taken offline until full payment can be arranged.
Web Site deliverables
Turn around time on website design projects depend on the complexity, language used to create the website and the size. It is usually within a couple of weeks depending on your web site requirements. When we prepare your free web site design quote, we will give you a time frame to complete the project.
All passwords, backups, hosting packages, & design elements remain the property of GreenZone Web Solutions until complete payment is processed. Upon receipt of full payment, a disc containing all current passwords, pictures, documents & backup elements will be delivered to the customer.
Contents, images and files
- ♦ Customer is responsible for content, images, logos, and files to contain in the website, including the banner(s). We can provide minor modification on images to optimize them for downloading at no charge.
- ♦ Creation of banner is extra
- ♦ Reformatting of documents is extra
- ♦ Contents of the page must be electronically submitted
